Horizon had a presentation on the computer and explained everything thoroughly. The guy who helped me sign up was well-rounded and knowledgeable. I've also emailed their customer service back and forth and they've been fast about any questions that I've had. Horizon had an inspection and after they got all the permits, they did the Visalia solar installation on the roof. It was pretty fast and the technicians were very professional and nice.
Horizon was very patient and helpful and answered every question we had. (We had many.) After several calls between us we decided that if we are going forward with Solar in Visalia this is the company we want to work with.
