Horizon called me once a week and told me what was going on. As promised, they delivered when they said that everything would be done. It was done to my expectations and the whole Benicia solar process was easy. It's been a great decision to go solar in Benicia We don't have to worry about the rising cost of electricity and the outrageous bill that we would have had to put in along the summer months.
