Enrolling with Horizon Solar in Berry Creek was easy and painless. From start to finish, it took about two and a half months to be up and running. My solar energy system was installed and ready to go, but the electric provider dragged their feet. I had to wait for that permission to run. But other than that, I had no problems with the installation, or the project manager and those people. I'm happy.
