Got installed awhile back ago and was pleased with the Byron installation and process and communication. My Horizon Rep contacted once a week to update me on the process like they had promised and made sure he took care of my Byron solar energy system when needed help. Slight delay on PGE end but nothing out of their control. Will definitely be recommending Horizon to other friends.
The on-screen graphics were really neat. Never had a salesperson use that over the phone before. Horizon was Very nice and professional. They listened patiently to my questions. Everything was explained well from beginning to close.
