Solar Panel Installation in Capay

Got installed awhile back ago and was pleased with the Capay installation and process and communication. My Horizon Rep contacted once a week to update me on the process like they had promised and made sure he took care of my Capay solar energy system when needed help. Slight delay on PGE end but nothing out of their control. Will definitely be recommending Horizon to other friends.
