Horizon had a presentation on the computer and explained everything thoroughly. The guy who helped me sign up was well-rounded and knowledgeable. I've also emailed their customer service back and forth and they've been fast about any questions that I've had. Horizon had an inspection and after they got all the permits, they did the Cotati solar installation on the roof. It was pretty fast and the technicians were very professional and nice.
Enrolling with Horizon Solar in Cotati was easy and painless. From start to finish, it took about two and a half months to be up and running. My solar energy system was installed and ready to go, but the electric provider dragged their feet. I had to wait for that permission to run. But other than that, I had no problems with the installation, or the project manager and those people. I'm happy.
