Horizon had a presentation on the computer and explained everything thoroughly. The guy who helped me sign up was well-rounded and knowledgeable. I've also emailed their customer service back and forth and they've been fast about any questions that I've had. Horizon had an inspection and after they got all the permits, they did the Felton solar installation on the roof. It was pretty fast and the technicians were very professional and nice.
I wanted to get away from the utility company. My cousin recommended Horizon and I spoke with their salesman. He was knowledgeable and nice which was why we went ahead with them. The salesman, to me, is the first face of the company. If he sells then the deal sells. The process was very easy and the quote for Felton I was given was right on. The Felton solar installation was super simple and painless. The solar installers came in, did what they did, and that was great.
