We had a two hour presentation at the end of which time we felt we knew every nut and bolt of the whole system! He went over the various performance and other guarantees which are many, various inverters, referrals, batteries which we're interested in purchasing at a later date. How the process will go from start to finish and they will be there for us every step of the way. And we got a very good price! What more can anyone ask? Horizon knows Klamath Solar and if we can we will definitely refer them to any friends or acquaintances we meet who are in the Klamath market to purchase Solar.
