Horizon had a presentation on the computer and explained everything thoroughly. The guy who helped me sign up was well-rounded and knowledgeable. I've also emailed their customer service back and forth and they've been fast about any questions that I've had. Horizon had an inspection and after they got all the permits, they did the Rancho Murieta solar installation on the roof. It was pretty fast and the technicians were very professional and nice.
I converted my Rancho Murieta house to solar and I’m renting it now but eventually, I will sell that house. We’re now living in our Kelseyville house and we’re gonna be living here a long time. So, converting it to solar is a no-brainer. PG&E;’s rates are just gonna continue to go up, so it was just a matter of living here and being able to take advantage of having the solar installed. So, as soon as we moved, I started looking at converting.
