Horizon had a presentation on the computer and explained everything thoroughly. The guy who helped me sign up was well-rounded and knowledgeable. I've also emailed their customer service back and forth and they've been fast about any questions that I've had. Horizon had an inspection and after they got all the permits, they did the Yuba City solar installation on the roof. It was pretty fast and the technicians were very professional and nice.
