Got installed awhile back ago and was pleased with the Rowland Heights installation and process and communication. My Horizon Rep contacted once a week to update me on the process like they had promised and made sure he took care of my Rowland Heights solar energy system when needed help. Slight delay on PGE end but nothing out of their control. Will definitely be recommending Horizon to other friends.
Horizon had a presentation on the computer and explained everything thoroughly. The guy who helped me sign up was well-rounded and knowledgeable. I've also emailed their customer service back and forth and they've been fast about any questions that I've had. Horizon had an inspection and after they got all the permits, they did the Rowland Heights solar installation on the roof. It was pretty fast and the technicians were very professional and nice.
